Brane Standard Support

Standard Support provides customers with reliable access to support information with predictable and rapid responses to customer issues. Specific services include Software Updates and Telephone Support.

Brane Gold Support

Gold Support provides customers with rapid response to customer issues from a dedicated engineer. Platinum service adds onsite support anda regular site health check assessment to the Standard Services package.

Brane Platinum Support

Platinum Support adds access to mission-critical support services 24x7. Platinum Support can be purchased for just the period needed to match your changing needs.

Brane Custom Support

Should our standard and extended support options not meet your needs, Brane will work with you to develop a solution that does.
