Brane™ Trust

Client and Partner Program

As part of its go-to-market strategy, Brane™ is inviting Enterprise application developers, architects, business analysts and other technology decision makers to take part in its Brane Trust program.

The Brane™ Trust allows our customers to share real-world challenges they face in leveraging collaboration technology to grow and drive their businesses. The program provides a forum in which members can share strategies, discuss deployment successes and unveil best practices. Customers also work directly with Brane™ developers to create product enhancements that meet their business requirements, in addition to receiving special technical training opportunities.

Member Benefits

Brane™ Trust members will have the following benefits:

  • May influence the development of the Brane™ platform functionality to meet their needs and the needs of their industry.
  • Have advanced knowledge of the Brane™ Platform plans and development.
  • Obtain a preview of the Brane™ Platform feature plans.
  • Share and gain knowledge and experience among other Brane™ Trust members.
  • May lead to taking members application in-house to be included in QA cycle of the Brane™ Platform product.

Participation in the Brane™ Trust is voluntary and offers customers an opportunity to convey their recommendation to the Brane product team.

The first 10 qualified participants will be extended a Brane™ one-time special solution pricing and maintenance fee. In addition, participants will also receive support from the Brane™ product management team.

Qualification

Participation is welcome from customers and partners all over the world. Brane™ Trust member contacts must speak fluent English, must have e-mail accessibility, and may directly send and receive regular attachment documents.

Program participants are preferable individuals currently engaged with a Fortune 2000 organization who are looking to leverage breakthrough solutions to address current and future application requirements.

A non-disclosure agreement is required in order to participate in the Brane™ Trust program. Acceptance for membership on this trust means that the member company has signed and agrees to adhere to the normal Brane™ nondisclosureagreement (copies available on request). Provision of reference material for analyst, press, trade publications and a limited number of sales calls is also required.

Member Responsibility

In order to assure a continuous discussion of the topics and maintain customerconfidentiality, participants are required to:

  • Participate in all relevant review meetings.
  • Participate in conference calls when necessary.
  • Review development deliverables and provide feedback.
  • Hold all customer materials and design documents in strict confidence.

Should the member company fail to participate in two consecutive meetings, it will beassumed that they no longer wish to participate. At that time, a letter will be sent tothe principle contact stating that the company has been removed as a Brane Trust member.

Costs

Participants are responsible for costs related to travel and living expenses or other involvement.
